"I just want to highlight the service I received in Sainsburys yesterday 18.01.22 by a young man (i think his name may have been Paul ?) had a beard. He helped me book a taxi as I was stranded and needed to get home. My phone was playing up and I was very stressed. He was so helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much as I know it isn’t part of your job role. I was desperate and didn’t know what to do. My eye sight is failing and I couldn’t see what to press on my phone. I was so relieved to get home but want to ensure your good deed was highly noted. I’m sure your mum would be very proud of the young man you are. Kind Regards… Tracey"
