"This school it horrible I do not recommend this for your child the teachers just scream at you they did not care about you they didn’t even feed me in se they fed everybody else except for me you can ask anyone that goes to Beacon and they will say the same"
"I would Not recommend this school for your child they don’t Not help with there behaviour at all the teachers shout in the kids face and show No respect"
"This is a good school. How do I know? Because of what I hear the parents say about other schools in the immediate area. I also remember what school was like for me...I failed school.... ...but my eldest boy left Beacon hill with good results and he is now at University. I know from my dealings with the Head and his team that they work very hard to give the best they can to all the children attending Beacon hill; despite there being many children and parents failing to respond and support the school in what they are trying to achieve. Despite Covid & Lockdown, this school is succeeding where many others, according to the media, are struggling...the whole team deserve a bloody medal for helping all our children to return to school and get back to "normal" after Covid... I believe that the starting point to any child getting a decent education is the teacher having a real and genuine concern for every student succeeding. I am happy that my children attend this school because I believe all the team at Beacon hill care about every child and truly want every child to succeed."
"Don’t send your kids here school is terrible one teacher takes sides and she is supposed to resolve them and always has something to say and my English teacher has a grudge against me . Some teachers can be nice but don’t recommend"
"Some of the kids here are lovely! But it seems that there is a lot of bullying and blackmailing going on here with students and teachers as-well. Unfortunately, I’ve come across to seeing kids getting bullied for their weight and how they look. I have also been in that position in this school as-well. It was a horrible experience to be in. Kids calling you names and BOYS HITTING GIRLS. A year 7 attempted to hit a girl which was a sudden shock to me and the teachers couldn’t do anything apparently. Also, the teachers. There’s a teacher called mrs Paul who literally has to complain about everything. She said she couldn’t resolve bullying because it was “ages ago” but it was still happening at the time. She complained about somebody’s shoes which were appropriate for the school anyways? She thinks she owns the place and has an attitude when you come to her for something you need. There seems to be also a load of kids skipping lessons and guess what! They don’t do anything about it. They don’t go looking for you which is absolutely pathetic."
