"Disappointed! Went for a consultation, explained exactly what I was wanting to achieve with the treatment with emphasis on specific areas that I wanted sorted with my teeth. Was told that teeth whitening would be the best option and it would do what I was explaining I wanted to happen! But after paying £500 for the treatment and driving over a hour away to the appointments it was the final appointment and the last part of the treatment was done in the practise. Once it was finished they had asked was I happy with the outcome, I explained that it wasn’t the way I wanted my teeth to look like and I was told that maybe I could book another consultation as I might need a different treatment or after a few days they might blend in better (which they never did!!!!!!!!!) I was that annoyed I never booked another consultation because why would I waste that amount of money again to get no where near the way I wanted my teeth when I was told this treatment would make me achieve the outcome I wanted!!"

From the very start I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome. The staff always ensured I was ok durning all my treatments and put me at ease right away! They are truly amazing at what they do.
