"I recently got a hair cut and balayage done at the salon. Although the hair colour was done really well however, I was really unhappy with my haircut. I left a honest review and I was approached by the salon and was offered a free appointment to sort out the issue. After attending the appointment, I’m really happy with my hair now. The hair cut is fabulously done which sits well on my (dead) straight hair. Will definitely recommend it!!"
"I had my hair done by Leyla, she was new in the role but was lovely. The salon owner Tiffany was guiding her throughout the process. My hair came out so much better than I expected. A week later my hair became slightly bronze due to my hair type (no error on the salons behalf) so I went back to the salon, this was fixed by another member or staff (not sure of her name) I had a fantastic experience and the location is very easily accessible also. Highly recommended."
