"I'm not one to ever post reviews but this agency is so poor that I felt inclined to do so. Absolutely atrocious customer service - impossible to contact about repairs (still waiting for a response after having emailed them 2 weeks ago), tried moving our move-in date back less than 2 days before we moved in, property was in an absolute state when we moved in, and they get extremely defensive when you call them out on their mistakes. Never using this agency again, absolutely SHOCKING."

"Rented from Urban Link for 18 months. The flat was given to us without being cleaned & carpets smelt of damp took me 1 week to reclean and get the damp smell out of the carpets. The flat was given to us dirty aswell. Upon leaving the contract I cleaned the flat 1 week prior leaving as I already left the property and was living elsewhere. Urbanlink refused to give deposit back because there was dust in the flat & cobweb in the corner (I didn't live in the flat for 2 weeks). Upon debating this issue we negotiated that funds was subtracted from the deposit to cover the cost of cleaning up the cobweb in the corner. Enjoy the profit you made money grabbing leeches."

"Don't bother with them. First to call on a flat, first to view, first to submit application. Called almost everyday to chase up the progression and they clearly ruled me out from the beginning. Never stayed in contact, almost acted like they had zero energy to speak to me. Then clearly let the flat out without even telling me. I work 5 days a week, make good money and would of been a perfect Tennant. Wouldn't bother even looking at their listings again."
