"Dropped in on Phil without an appointment for some advice. Just appreciate his honesty and his kindness. I wanted some advice and he told me the truth which cannot be said for many mechanics. Most want to charge you the earth and do jobs that aren't necessary yet Phil is a great guy, will tell you what needs doing and it's urgency level and then you decide. I got seriously ripped off at a well known big garage and what they did was shocking, they did jobs they didn't need to do and had missed things they should have done.
