""Excellent service" I just had "Smartphone Integration" on my 2015 E class, that able to use Apple car play (normally this option is only after 2016 model). I have to say Garry & stuff was great and gave me very good experience. I found this kit on official Mercedes web and asked main dealer where normally I have MOT, but this dealer told me "it impossible to have". I sent e mail to Mercedes dealer/specialist to ask do this job in Derby area, and Garry was only person who replay to me. Get price and job was done in super fast. 100% recommended them to have this work !"

"S350d W222, dipped beam headlights way too low. Mercedes Sheffield (who sold me the car) said it was 'how they are' and adjusted to manufacturers spec. What a load of rubbish. Popped into MB Centre who took it straight into the workshop, set the headlamps correctly on the beam setter, 15 mins later, all done, charged me for 15 mins labour. That evening I was driving a different car! Brilliant service as usual, thanks guys n gals. If you need a professional garage with reasonable costs, for any make of car, I can't recommend this place highly enough."

"I have used this company for over 15 years and they are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they repair the problem at a fraction of the main dealers prices (oh no! hope they don't read this :) ). I recently had a problem with my 5 year old E Class and I was considering selling it, because the fault annoyed me that much. Garry and Paul on reception re-assured me that they could fix it, and along with Martin's help, they got the car back to as good as new. I don't really like recommending them because I know how busy they may become, but they are, seriously, top class. "Thoroughly impressed with MB centre. I had an issue with my steering after a warning came up on my dash, this was in early November. It was ok to drive but felt like I was driving in thick mud. I booked it into my regular mechanics garage, but he couldn't do anything until mid January , and his diagnostic tool didn't identify the issue straightaway but said he would research it to be ready for when it would go in to his garage . Not long after this the power steering seized for a few seconds, and on a separate occasion the indicators didn't work for a spell. I thought this needs to be rectified pretty soon. I searched for an independent Merc specialist (my van was originally from Mertrux main dealer, I wasn't going to pay their prices) after a recommendation from another independent dealer (who didn't do commercial vehicles) I found MB centre. I rang up, explained the situation, and it was booked in for diagnosis a few days later on the 12th December. They rang me later that morning with the results and a cost of parts and labour costs, I was quite surprised as I thought it would be alot more money. It was then booked in for the work to be done on the 22nd December. I dropped my van off at 8am and it was complete by 10.30, really good service I think ! The problem was a steering angle sensor failure, the new part was a genuine Mercedes one and a really good price. I found others on bidding sites etc and they were stripped out of vans being broken up, and were more money than the genuine Merc part, surely they would be more likely to fail at some point so all in all I was very impressed with the price from MB centre. The staff in reception were really helpful, polite and very communicative at all times ! Thankyou for all your work, I know where to come now in the future for any other complex work should it arise, hopefully not though! Cheers, Andy"
