"Nice bed, felt safe. Good price for what was on offer and the location. Slightly odd check in, you have to check in at the shop below. Lovely lady though but felt for her a bit as she was trying to run the shop and check people in. Think they need an extra pair of hands. The cleanliness of the apartment however needed some seeing to. It was a bit grubby. Was going to warm something up in the microwave but decided I'd rather have it cold. Don't look under the bed either! As I say, I think it was a good price, good location and good facilities but the cleaning let it down. It is pretty noisy outside too but I guess you have to accept you are in the middle of the city centre with people clubbing. I think I would give this place a 4 if they did a deep clean!"

"firstly the guy who deals with it was rude. Tried 2 give me a room with no tv & only backed dwn when I said will go 2 booking.com. then got 2 room and wow!!! A family of 3 were living nxt door. The hallway carpet was disgusting and the smell of feet body odour and dirty nappies was sickening. The room was so dirty. Everything was stained and sticky. Walls filthy sofa stained, floors thick with dirt and debris, Shower smelled so bad of eggs it was just nasty all round!! All night I was kept awake by noise, screaming & fighting outside. Even had 2 call police twice because of what was going on outside!! That said noise comes with the location & could be nice if cleaned n repairs made."

"Room was unclean, blinds were broke, couch had holes in, drawers were broke & had screws sticking out of it, tiles were cracked. Had to buy new bedding from primark because the bedding was horrible. Overall terrible stay!! And the company aren’t even doing anything to offer a refund for both rooms when being contact by booking.com directly. Wouldn’t stay there again"
