"Cannot fault the staff at triage and on the maternity wards. All of them were incredible. Midwives were so supportive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would also like to thank the team that were in theatre, they took my phone to get those priceless photos of my baby girl moments after she was born and I am so thankful I have those to cherish."

"Five stars for the A&E medical staff. I was in the A&E department last night with a hemoglobin problem. In the A&E observation ward, the nurses are very kind and professional, especially a medical staff named Timothy Zhakata (hope I remember his name correctly), he was able to find out my very thin blood vessels very accurately for drawing blood use, so that I don't have to suffer unnecessary pain. He offered a generous morsel to me, when I was very hungry. Another female nurse who was on duty at the same time was very gentle and considerate. Even though I needed to stay alone in the observation room, I was not afraid at all, because she gave me very professional and warm care. Thank you ♥️♥️"

Staff were friendly and caring, took time to answer questions and went above and beyond to give me zero doubt that he was in good hands, and his arm would be totally fine in future. "I had to take my daughter in on Sunday night after she sliced two of her fingers, whilst waiting to register a nurse called Wendy provided us with some absorbent sheets as there was a large amount of blood. Wendy kept checking on us and when we went through to be treated I think by another lady called Wendy another lovely person. All in all a fantastic service."
