"Great venue and well run. Very busy bar when we visited but staff were very attentive and there was a minimal wait. Good selection of ales at very good prices. Very good outside space and would definitely recommend and will visit again."
"Every time I go to the Trent Navigation I lament that there tasty beers aren't more readily available in other pubs. Here though, they always have a good selection. Today we also found out they had outstanding Sunday Roast Dinner's. We both had the Lamb shanks, which aren't usually on the menu at other places and they were fantastic. All the veg and trimmings were good too. We'll have to go back for the beef, pork and turkey. We've only eaten there once before in recent years. That was on their Friday night fish and chips thing which was very good too."
"First time visit after an invitation from camra , only to find it was the brewery base. Very good choice of beers and all well kept, a good selection of snacks were available in the supplied buffet. Staff were attentive to the customers needs and quickly served the customers, seating was clean and well spaced which suits pubs ambience."
