"Visited here with family and friends for our Grandson's second birthday party. Excellent venue, spacious and with great soft play area for the toddlers (and some of the not so young!). Very clean and very well run, thank you."
"This is such a nice place for the toddlers and kids. Came to take my daughter just to play about on her 1st birthday, she really enjoyed the ball pit and slide. The play area is just the right size, it's not too big and not too small and if you have older kids you feel comfortable leaving them to their own devices as you can see them at every angle. My 4 year old niece was having the time of her life. They have sufficient space with tables and chairs and a security so no runaway children. The facility is set up really well and with the children in mind. There is sufficient baby change facilities, the toilets have stools for the kiddies. You pay for the children and this includes free juice and biscuits for the kids and also a tea or coffee for the adults. Juice provided in kids cups and also beakers for the babies, so practical. They also have food to purchase, we didn't purchase that day so don't know what the food is like. The only issue was the heating wasn't working that day which happened to be the day the snow started but after running up and down after these kids didn't really notice. Will definitely come back again, they also have front and back parking available. We were even given a birthday card and voucher for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The staff are super friendly and helpful.. definitely worth a visit if you have kids between baby and 7/8(on the smaller side)."
"A great afternoon out for the kids. Fair prices for food and drinks. A little cold sitting and watching the kids play, but that's minor, given that the kids had a brilliant time. Both kids have gotten a tummy bug since visiting, likely as a result of running out of the frame and eating. We tried our hardest to keep their hands cleans, but some hand washing stations or hand gel on tables would be welcome. Also a lot of other kids coughing all over the place. Perhaps some guidance on not bringing children if they're visibly ill, such as bad sounding coughs, etc. Will revisit, should more measures be taken to protect kids from feeling unwell following a visit. Lastly: my kids got excited and chucked a few balls around, out of the frame. Staff members were quite harsh on telling the kids off. I'd expect staff to come to me and ask me to tell my children to stop certain things. They came for a fun day out and getting told off by staffers wasn't their idea of fun. It was a Saturday adventure day out, not a day at school."
"Fantastic soft play area for young children. It is a good size, with a variety of different areas to keep the kids amused ( Ball pool, slides, climbing, bat dens, swinging ball, etc) plus a small size area for very young children. We have always been made to feel extremely welcome by all the staff, who are always chatty and friendly. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced, I would defiantly recommend the luxury hot choc!! My daughter loves looking at all the animals that are dotted around, and always gets so excited about the story and song time that they hold for the toddler sessions. All in all highly recommended!!"
"I went to jungle boogie with my sister, & my youngest niece. The young girl on the desk was lovely, however, the older blonde lady who works in was horrible from the minute we walked in!!!! My eldest niece and my dad's partners daughter was also with us (they are teenagers). She only saw the 2 eldest ones and straight away snapped that they were too big to be in the frame. My sister explained that they would be with my 2 Yr old niece to which she replied only 1 of them then. We had just been to the shop, we hadn't even sat down and she came over and snapped you can't bring your own drinks in, to which I replied that we weren't drinking them, we had just brought them from the shop, her attitude stunk and said your not allowed them and said she needed to take them to the desk. We felt like naughty school kids having something confiscated. She kept giving us dirty looks the whole time we were there. Then I went to get us a drink and she came up to me at the counter and snapped I said only 1 of the girls could go in, which took me by surprise. I went back to our table and my sister was fuming. My eldest niece was standing at the bottom of the slide, she wasn't even in the frame and she went and said something to her, my sister, then to me. We were there 40 minutes and we had to go. We were being watched, was spoken to like we were something she had stepped in and was made to feel uncomfortable. I feel bad for giving a bad review because Jungle Boogie used to be a lovely place with lovely staff, the young girl even looked embarrassed by the other ones behaviour and attitude. The blonde lady is obviously in the wrong job, or is unhappy in her job, her customer service skills are non-existent and her attitude is both aggressive and disgusting. She has lost them custom, which is a shame as my niece loves it there, but while she is there, we won't be taking my niece back. We were so angry when we left, I wouldn't recommend that anybody goes there while she is on shift."
