"Being a damp Saturday we did have to wait but only about 5-10 minutes. The staff looked to ensure there was a free table for our party of 2 adults and 2 children. We ordered food and drinks which were delivered in a timely manner. The children enjoyed their time and our granddaughter went on the climbing wall, which at £2 a go was amazing. Lovely, friendly and accommodating staff. Thoroughly recommend the venue."

"One of the best soft plays to visit. My little lad loves it, alot of activities within the area, a great addition is the upper level football pitch. Staff are very friendly and polite. A great selection of food and drinks and seating area is well set out. My only concern on todays visit was that when the food arrived we went to get cutlery from the counter and none of them had been properly washed. All still had stains and some still had bits of food on them. I'm not one for taking pictures and complaining about things that can be easily fixed but this is something that shouldn't be happening in such a wonderful place. Hopefully this was just a one off. All in all a great soft play that i would strongly recommend to visit if you haven't already."

"Went with my child for a birthday party!! It was amazing. Food was good, place was clean. Staff are so friendly and the separate area for kids to play football meant less boisterous kids in the soft play! Climbing wall was a big hit with my little one. Would highly recommend this place. Kind of in the middle of nowhere but decent car park too."

"The children loved this place. It was busy when we got there but got better after 20 minutes. Under 5 section was really fun for the 10 month old and the other section for older kids was great for the 3 year old and two 6 year olds. We just had cups of tea whilst visiting as the queues for food were quite long. Even though it says you don't have to book on the website, I probably would in future to avoid waiting in a queue outside. We didn't have to but others did."

"On Arrival had to Queue to come in which was only for about 10 mins then got appointed a table very good customer service... my little lady absolutely loves the new football ⚽️ pitch and my little girl really enjoyed climbing the rock wall. Great value for money and staff very friendly"
