The accounts department didn't come up to scratch either, stopping my builders account because of a mistake on Howdens part. Very Very unprofessional. We were promised a £50 discount on a wine cooler that we thought didn't work properly in the first place and stopped working altogether just a few days after the garantee ran out, the manager reneged on the promise of the £50 so beware of any company that goes back on a deal."
