"Found on groupon. The one star goes to the friendliness and help I was given with my baby while there. Was treated nicely. Although I was there 4 and a half hrs I wasn't offered a drink once during treatment. The place is clean but rather disorganized as you can tell they have not long opened (April time) Although the lady who did my hair was a really lovely polite person. Unfortunately she was not prepared to colour. Didn't have any colours other than the 10 she had in a box and no high blonde colours and so expecting to put bleach on all clients and those that already have blonde hair. I haven't used bleach in over 10yrs as it's not necessary but felt I had to go ahead as it was a long waited treat from having my first son and losing a lot of hair and thought my hair would be well done and looked after. The toner was very expensive and still has yellow tones in it even after using it. Then the cut was cut dry and very chopped into and not corrected when wet which I insisted in having because I saw the way the layers were roughly chopped for colour preparation but wasn't corrected. Very freehanded, many sections were picked up rough not using the comb to section each segment to be precise with layers, that being the cut and with highlights as In every other salon I have seen them do and also do so myself. The cut is very blunt. I have just been to a well known hairdressers and they have confirmed this for me. And now will have to do it all over again to correct it. Im very disappointed especially as I have been hit with very hard times and been needing a lift. I'm really sad to give this review as the place is lovely and the people are... If you see the photos both sides are not the same as each other the left is shorter. Unfortunately sad to say won't be revisiting."
