"My husband brought £100 voucher in July for my birthday and didn't realise there was an expiry date I used £70 on 2 treatments trying to spread my treatments out a little as i dont treat myself very often and are really busy. So today I had a massage booked in to then find out my voucher had expired 11.1.2019 . I called and spoke to Lindsey who was extremely rude telling me I had booked in and cancelled a couple of times (yes that's true but I work full time and not regular hours so cannot always get out of work) and I had lots of chances to use my voucher. I tried to explain that I didn't realise there was an expiry date (my mistake) as I wouldn't waste £34 but I had £34 left and wondered if I could use this as myself and my daughter had started to become regulars. Lindsey was really rude no understanding and not interested in helping . I definitely would not recommend this salon rude and unhelpful."
