"Absolutely avoid. Unprofessional and mismanaged. Cancelled filling appointment, 3 times in a row all at last minute. The owner should be held accountable for overworked staff who are constantly being rotated across practices !!"
"What a joke of an place!! Been trying for the past 18 months to get an appointment. I finally get one for 5 weeks in the future. Then a week before, I get a txt saying it has been rescheduled for another 4 weeks! It continues. Finally on the day of my appointment I got stuck in a meeting that ran over so I call the practice to say I would be 5 mins late. "No I'm sorry we won't be able to see you if your 5 minutes late as we have another patient in 10 mins after your appointment" How were they possibly going to check my teeth and do a scale and polish in 10 mins!! Next available appointment another 5 weeks! That's it, I'm done!"
"WOW just had the best dental experience with Karin Singh and her assistant Liam. Thorough examination with x-rays which in turn I was shown and explained the condition of my teeth. Popped in a bridge that had fallen out and booked me in for a new appointment for fillings 4 days apart. First time I have ever felt like a dentist actually cared and an assistant who made conversation !!! Very happy patient. and look forward to going back!"
"This practise has been our dentist now for a good few years. Cannot fault them at all. All staff are very friendly. After a recent visit for a tooth extraction with Dr Sudan I was very nervous and anxious and he put me at ease instantly. The dental assistant who accompanied him was also amazing with me.. in under 60 seconds my tooth was out If I ever need another extraction I will not worry at all because it was so quickly and easily done. Would highly recommend"
