"Bought an item of clothing off the rail, three shirts on the rail two were reduced, tried on and purchased, the assisitant charged me £16, I went to the rail and picked one up that had a £8 price tagg and explained they were sale items, she snatched two reduced shgirts up and said they were the wrong price and infact had been marked up wrong to which I said well I don't want the shirt and asked for a refund she then refused to give me a refund as it was 'their policy' to only give an exchange or a credit note!! I had purchased only a minute before and had not left the shop!! Absolutly shocking shocking customer service and I will be going to trading standards to check this astounding policy, will not be purchasing from this shop EVER again. D Richmond"
