"Returned a faulty item, was refused return or refund but it was sent for repair, still not satisfied with the item which was very expensive. Edited at 19.02hrs In addition to this I was asked this evening to contact Loretta the owner of the store to resolve my issue, which I was more than happy to do.However once we began the conversation it was clear to me that her main aim was for me to remove this review not resolve the problem at all. She is still unwilling to sort this matter out and informed me she used a local repair shop to fix the item! I believed it had been returned to the manufacturer not a bog standard repair shop in Arnold! (No offence repair shop)! Loretta basically continued to argue for several minutes and I’m still left with a tracksuit I cannot put my son in for the small price of £203!! She claims I have washed it incorrectly and shrunk the item. I followed correct washing guidelines, only an idiot would fail to follow this after spending 2 days pay on a tracksuit for a 5 year old! I informed her that I’ll just have to accept her decision, lesson learnt not to shop there again and she replied “good, don’t” I will be contacting the manufacturer myself to try to rectify this. Edited 7/04/2018 I emailed pictures of the tracksuit to the manufacturer direct as PCZ refused to help me. They have looked at the tracksuit and have offered a replacement, which is on its way to me. They couldn't apologise enough. Thank you so much Paul and Shark and shame on you PCZ for refusing to sort this matter out and fobing me off with some fake repairs!"
