Reviews of PIZZA BOUTIQUE at LET'S GO HYDRO
"Prices are ok, pizza not the best, went a bit overboard on the semolina on the base giving it a gritty texture with burnt patches of semolina on it, top of the pizza slightly undercooked as well, took ages to have our order taken and then ages to finally have it served. Wings were good, chips nothing special."
"Abysmal. Stood at the window in the rain for 5 minutes without acknowledgement from any of the 4 staff (I was the only customer there). Pizzas were finally ready 10 minutes after the time that had been selected, which is not a major issue. The main problem is that they weren't made with the correct ingredients, yet the staff didn't deem it necessary to mention this. Both pizzas were standard menu items with no alterations. The Tuscan lamb had red peppers instead of halloumi and pesto. The beef brisket had no rocket or mustard. Service and quality have gone seriously downhill since moving from the Saintfield Road store into Let's Go Hydro. Sad to see a good business being run so poorly."
"Pizza is great. Avoid soggy sweet potato fries second time getting them soggy what is more disappointing is that they used to be delicious. Will just know in future to only get pizza and regular fries."
"We had booked in for my 30th birthday, the restaurant was pretty quiet, we were seated after a while waiting in the back with no music or atmosphere. I asked if we could be seated in the tipi which seemed to much hassle for the staff. We waited for a long time to order, the order came out missing 3 pizzas and a cocktail.. I was constantly chasing the staff to see where our orders were. When I told the staff about our missing food they replied oh okay with no apology. When the bill came the late items were included and the staff argued with us over the items on the bill. Honestly, I work in hospitality and for simple pizza and beer, it was horrendous - frustrating and disappointing. It completely ruined my birthday experience. I will certainly be telling others to avoid."
