"Popped in on a whim on a Wednesday, Simon welcomed and served us and was a friendly and personable chap. The food was excellent and very good value. My 13 year old ordered the seabass (unheard of) and demolished it, my chicken with risotto was the perfect Wednesday evening meal , desserts and starters were great too, didn’t get a chance to try the cocktails but will definitely in future. Trying to make a concerted effort to support local businesses is easy when the quality is this good. Neel and Jay"
"Afternoon tea for 2 with my daughter. Total price £35!! Not value for money. Four triangle sandwichs each, one small sausage roll, 2 mini cheesecakes and a scone with clotted cream and jam. Tea and coffee. Sat us at top of building on our own, no atmosphere, freezing cold (my daughter kept her coat on). Sorry for negative review but have to be honest."
"This is a lovely Bistro, friendly staff and delicious food, the menu changes often and is designed by talented chef Louise Ward using local ingredients and real cooking. They have a great wine list, a great Gin selection and yummy cocktails. My husband chose a burger on our recent visit, and he said it was the best burger he had ever eaten. It really is a wonderful place to spend an evening or lunch. Great value for 4 people, 4 starters, 4 mains, 2 desserts and some very nice wine for £35pp"
"Had a lovelylunch at the Courtyard, with the puddings being particular nice. Service and decor was pleasant, prices reasonable."
"First visit for me and second for my wife. We arrived for an early lunch. Service was very polite and spot on with timings. We ordered drinks that arrived promptly followed by 3 plates of tapas each (vegan and vegetarian options for us) plus a dessert each. All of the food was fantastic; well cooked, extremely tasty and fresh! This restaurant is a little gem in Wombourne and I would highly recommend a visit."
