"A well placed hotel, five minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. It was my sons first visit to London and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The rooms are adequate, the beds are comfortable."

"I would first like to point out that I was extremely well received when I arrived by all the staff who are exactly friendly! when I arrived in my room I had the feeling of being in a place of peace, and with extreme comfort! even the room is extremely beautiful, in addition to being very clean, I was delighted with the cleanliness and care of the room, it certainly has the best housekeeping! about the breakfast, it was extremely delicious! i really loved every moment of my stay! thank you so much! super nominate"

"Friendly staff, nice with a warm breakfast included. Location is good in terms of being close a major train station. The hotel itself is dated (at least from a Scandinavian perspective)- but clean. We had a room with huge windows and they were quite drafty so glad I had warm PJs in December. Note that if you must use an elevator, you need to be patient. It’s not the fastest. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I needed a cheap and central hotel room."

"My daughter was I’ll in hospital and I needed to find a room asap. This hotel was so well placed for St Mary’s Paddington it was literally 5 mins walk. The staff were so lovely and helpful at an extremely traumatic time I was so grateful. I was able to park my car there and I could pop back and forth and have rest in between visits. The room was comfortable and lovely and clean. The breakfast was well cooked and enjoyed by all the guest ( although I would have loved a yougurt which is my problem not there’s ) Thankyou to all the staff fantastic stay . Definitely come back hopefully in better circumstances."
