"Scruffy 2 Fluffy has been absolutely wonderful with our super anxious hound. He did not want to be groomed in the slightest - such that it was starting to affect his health. Melissa spent a lot of time slowly getting him used to the grooming environment, tools and procedures over a number of visits, never pushing him beyond his comfort zone and showing infinite patience, and now a year on, he has completely transformed in character and approach to grooming. I would even say he enjoys it now (even if he can still be difficult from time to time)!"
