"We've visited twice now to have our Norfolk Terrier hand stripped and both times they've done an excellent job. We've been let down before by groomers who don't understand hand stripping and do a poor job but the guys at Bob's always do a fantastic job and Moose always looks perfect. "The were very gentle with my puppy, knowing it was his first grooming. His tail was even wagging through the trimming! And because he is a bit scared of the drier, they started out with him on their lap. They clearly love dogs and take great care with them. Now he smells great, feels very soft and I can see his eyes again. I’ll definitely be coming back"
