Upon entering the store and viewing only a few jewellery set pieces, we was addressed with a rude attitude, disrespectful and sly comments. Our questions about their products and their prices were completely disregarded and the staff continued to insult us. I believe no customer should ever go through such disrespect when purchasing at any store whatsoever and I wish ownership the best; with low customer service and high customer dissatisfaction it is quite evident why you have an empty shop floor."

The items were picked out by a family member and you used the situation to overcharge and embarrass me. 20 minutes after leaving your store, i bought 10 MORE grams for an even cheaper price. "Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went with my dad to negotiate prices and was met with disrespect, insults and rudeness. After looking at a couple of jewellery sets and other pieces, I hoped to discuss any price negotiations as standard. Hoping for a friendly discussion, he dismissed any price queries and responded rudely and later insulted us. Ambica is a much better place for better customer service and suitable for price negotiations. Highly recommend to shop there instead."
