"You never get what you order online, always substitutions, lousy company."
"On entering the two employees present were very helpful and giving information and suggesting what goes with what. I enquired if I can take photos to send to my business partner and they said ok, sure no problem. However, after about 20mins of my being in the shop, getting prepared to make a purchase, the 'owner' arrived, he claimed at first he was not the owner just the manager, but in talking to him he said he was the owner- he was extremely rude. He said 'what u taking pictures for go on website' and walked off. One of the employees seemed to feel embarrassed and chatted to assure me he is not always rude. However, when I went to enquire as to why he preferred I go on the website - this is where it became a bit startling. His claims are 'you are first time customer, i am big business, I do business with 30, 40 shops, only after you come back here many times, you buy from me many times you can come in and you can take pictures. Having stated to the gentleman that I prefer to vist a shop to see the actual quality, and customer service should be to keep all customers who come through the door happy and wanting to come back, instead you are telling me in order to get any service or attention in your shop I must spend big big money many times. He then stated to me, you are keeping me back from my business from doing my work, I have plenty orders from website. You can leave now. You are asking too many questions, you are taking up my time. In no way is this shop owner - if he is the owner, customer service oriented and seems to think he does not need the business of any one walking through his doors who asks questions. If he wants to continue keeping his business he needs to get better manners, customer relations or stick to the back office and let the other employees attend to the customers. Awful experience. 26/2/2016"
