I’ve left my ring to be resized here, two months has past, while I kept calling for update, no one has ever gotten back to me (no one even knows where the ring is or what the solution is). I was quite shocked by the unprofessional customer service as well as the lack of problem solving ability here. If you can get the same product elsewhere, try to avoid at all cost!!!"
