"I was really looking to get a gift today. All service staff ignored me however attended to everyone else promptly who came in after me even as I circled around the counters twice trying to make eye contact for assistance. Staff weren’t smiling nor welcoming and clearly avoided acknowledging me and chatted away among themselves. As though I’m invisible. I’m a Singaporean Chinese vacationing in London - Not sure if this has anything to do with my race or appearance.. I’m dressed normal/presentable and I don’t smell bad I believe. I’m not a demanding person but I had to ask for service and was replied with “sure, one moment” from a stern looking sales rep that sounded reluctant. I had a very negative experience Pandora, St Pancras International. Pandora is after all merely a higher priced costume jewellery shop. There’s no need for staff to act all uppity in this day and age."
