"Amazing staff, amazing repairs! Recently I got my grandad’s necklace repaired and when I received it I noticed the length was shorter than usual. I went back and kindly asked if they had misplaced a piece of it during the process and they were so helpful. They could not find anything and said to come back in a couple of days- I said I would double check in my house. What do you know, I find the missing piece in my home!
