"I had the most fantastic experience with Diamond Heaven(Hatton Gardens) My Bride to be wanted a lab-grown diamond which is not something that could be found locally. "Fantastic service from beginning to end and subsequent post care service too. Helped greatly with the design process and showed me the CAD drawings before manufacture to put me at ease. Were very open to my suggestions whilst expressing their professional opinions. Although the ring came later than desired, they communicated this to me all the way through the process. They expressed this was to ensure quality of the highest degree on the ring, which my fiancé and I are thrilled with. The quality of their craftsmanship and materials used (especially the diamond) are top tier. Special mention to the staff: Marco and Tony for assisting my fiancé with the free re-sizing due to it being slightly looser.
