"I emailed Nosheen about a necklace, and asked if a lower price were possible. I also asked her for a photo of the necklace around a neck. She emailed that she would send me a photo and we could discuss the price if I was still interested. No email with a photo came. I followed up. Still no reply. The necklace was then relisted on Ruby Lane at 1000 pounds over the earlier price! While I think it's unprofessional to increase the price of the object you have for sale after a person asks about it, I think it's even ruder to not reply or explain what's going on or why you're doing it."
