"Some of the best jewelry around. Great design around. Quality service. That little blue bag never fails to impress."
"I walked in knowing the necklace that I want to purchase. The gentlemen at the door were friendly and directed me to the woman standing at the display case that I wanted. She did not even acknowledge my existence after patiently waiting for more than five minutes. Very rude and unprofessional. She could have acknowledged me and stated she’ll be with me once she’s available or sent another colleague over to assist me. I left disappointed."
"Visited Tiffany's Covent Garden last week around 3pm ish and was bemused by the shop staff. No one else in store as we walked in, the security man walked over to the shop assistant and clearly stated "look at the bags" in a conversational tone (ie, not a discreet whisper). Evidently, he was attempting to profile the potential customers. Our shopping bags were from Harrods. She then replied: "Not just the bags, you have to look at the shoes". I was seriously around 2 metres away from them and they were speaking in a normal voice (in no way discreet). Did they think we didn't speak English or were deaf? We walked out of the shop at that point. Bunch of muppets. I'd intended to buy a Christmas gift. Took my business elsewhere. I'm always somewhat amused by staff who have illusions of grandeur when ultimately, they work in a shop and they aren't doing their job all that well either. Incidentally, imagine if we couldn't afford the item just then, but the experience in store had been so much more positive. It's not like they were busy. Imagine then that people might one day return having saved up or might use word of mouth. That's called building your brand."
"I had a lovely experience in store yesterday with a sales associate called Scarlett. Scarlett was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to locate the ring I was looking for very quickly and I was delighted that it was available, the last one, in my size. I would definitely recommend a visit to Tiffany Covent Garden based on the experience I had in store yesterday."
"Went in to exchange a silver bracelet I bought in the Old Bond Street branch. I had such awful customer service there that I won't go back to that branch. The Covent Garden branch was so different. I had great customer service from Isanah. She exchanged my bracelet for a larger size. Isanah made me feel special and appreciated. Excellent customer service"
