"I would not recommend this place at all. Both necklaces provided to be fixed broke within less than a week of wearing. Customer service was also not good - the staff was very rude when I went back to get the second repair (after the first repair didn’t work). For what I paid, I’m very displeased with the service."

I brought in a ring that I thought couldn’t be fixed and they fixed it within a week, quoted me a very fair price and when I got it back the ring looked better than ever. They’re honestly brilliant. The ring was so meaningful to me and the person who gave it to me that I was so worried it wouldn’t get fixed, but I got it back good as new! Highly recommend! X"
