"Lovely vets. Have always been absolutely kind caring and reasonably priced. The vets were lovely to my puppy when she was vaccinated which is important for socialising them, and the receptionists are just lovely so nice, always make a fuss of your pets and friendly. Recently had my cat in and the vet nurse couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. 5/5 can’t rate them highly enough, trust them with my fur babies"
"Find another vets! I've been using this one for years with my pet rats and rabbits but the last visit has been horrible. The vet was condescending to his staff members, talking over them and repeating what they'd already said to me, so awkward as you could tell they didn't like him and I can see why. He was then extremely rude to us when we went in for what we'd been told was to remove the stitches as they didn't dissolve, trying to add extra charges onto the already £700 bill to have my rabbits ear stitched up after an incident during bonding. Saying the "checkup" was never agreed in the original price which it was. On top of that the STITCHES CAME OUT so I'm back to square one. Shoddy work and i'll be finding another vet. Gabriel Chida should be fired."
