"How to insult you customers Spoke to an assistant recently about buying some charms for a bracelet I already owned. I commented that the charms were very shiny...and darker than my bracelet. I asked if they were treated with something purely out of my interest in jewellery. She seemed to have zero knowledge and instead proceeded to suggest that my bracelet might not be silver. There is no doubt in my mind about the quality of my bracelet. The 925 marking is clear and the source reliable. How she was qualified to make this judgement without seeing it is beyond me. Even if my bracelet was fake, it's not for unqualified staff to insult the intelligence of their customers. And if you don't know about your products, attempt to find out or get some training. I'll get my charms from someone who knows how to respect their clients."
