"Probably one of the best vets in Bristol, definitely know how to handle pets and worried owners! Had to go in there nearly everyday for a week with my cat, they have been giving me updates every few hours to let me know how he's doing. They do listen to the owners concerns and try to understand the worries, then act accordingly. The atmosphere in the clinic is also very good, you are greeted with a smile and from the moment you call them you feel as if you are in good hands."
