Having booked our appointment saying our dog was struggling to walk and was very aggressive she walked in without a limp and behaved impeccably but we were not made to feel stupid! The Vet went out of her way not to spook the dog and suggested we dropped by when we were passing to get the dog used to the surgery. All good so far!"

"Probably one of the best vets in Bristol, definitely know how to handle pets and worried owners! Had to go in there nearly everyday for a week with my cat, they have been giving me updates every few hours to let me know how he's doing. They do listen to the owners concerns and try to understand the worries, then act accordingly. The atmosphere in the clinic is also very good, you are greeted with a smile and from the moment you call them you feel as if you are in good hands."
