"went in today to buy a necklace, i asked a man for help with brown short hair and he was very abrupt and said the only one that was left was the one on display but he had a set with earrings, i let him know i didn’t want the earrings and i just wanted the necklace alone and he told me that “he couldn’t give me the necklace as they only sell it as a set” which is quite odd and not true because it said on display that the set was £165 and the necklace was £115 alone. Further to this, he literally left and went ahead to serve someone else which was quite rude, i’m very disappointed as i find to shop a lot in store."

"Went into store today to return something and Julianna was unnecessarily rude. She asked me if I had the card in possession which then I asked her what the card ended in (as she was holding the receipt in her hand) to which she said “how would I know what card you used”. All I wanted to know was the last 4 digits of the card number as printed on the receipt and she was unnecessarily rude about it. I’m shocked, appalled and taken aback that this is the type of people you put store front as a representation of the brand. Her tone, attitude and helpfulness was awful. A shocking experience."

They have got really exceptional attendance and this guys make even an average services look and feel good. This is one thing I will all w as a take with me. The customer care, it was really good and felt nice to interact with people who can go out of their way to help you."
