Coupled with poor customer service in Harrods (Knightsbridge) has made the whole experience one I wouldn’t want to repeat. I would stick to the main Cartier stores. (Edit, the staff/customer service and inventory was excellent at T5. Just the process for exchanges driving the low rating)"

"Given there is no duty free now there is really no benefit buying at airport especially when they make simple mistakes. I bought a bracelet that 4 weeks later needed to be repaired!!!! I had to go out of my way to take it to Harrods for it to be sent back to the airport before it could be sent to the Cartier workshop! It turned out I was never give the serial number documents on purchase. I requested this from my contact in store and was assured they would be sent back with the repaired bracelet. 7 weeks later my bracket was returned to me…. The fault still apparent and no serial number documents included. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer"

"Arrogant staff. We came to buy watches, but after the lockdown they do work appointment only, which is reasonable. They didn’t help us to book an appointment and didn’t try to squeeze us in the empty (!) shop... they didn’t even bother to give us a card to book an appointment, just pointed out arrogantly to google the number... very upsetting for such a legendary brand. I don’t think we will ever consider going there again as the experience is totally ruined(("

"I have purchased twice from this store and twice I have received an item, which I have subsequently had to exchange. The purchases were about a year apart. Never had a problem at a regular freestanding Cartier store. The first item was a regular love bracelet, which we subsequently found out had an odd tarnish like stain, in some of the screw slots. Cartier agreed to exchange the bracelet. The item I purchased recently was a slim love bracelet. The problem with it, was that it had a gap where the mechanism was and made a clicking sound when squeezed lightly. I asked Cartier if that was normal and this is what they said "As Mr x has advised, your description and video of how your bracelet behaves while fastening seems to be consistent with the normal functioning of the fastening." I inspected two slim love bracelets in another store and neither behaved liked that ! They were quite solid, as you might would expect. Certainly my wife picked it up as a problem, within a few minutes, sadly we had no time to rush back to the store on the day, as we needed to catch our flight. Cartier have agreed to exchange the purchase. I am posting out of frustration as I wrote to the Cartier UK Managing Director. He has not replied to me, although his staff have indicated on an email they sent , that he had received the email. A poor show in my view."
