"Shocking customer service in this branch. My mum ordered the wrong size ring and came back a few minutes later to order the right size. The staff member said that it was too late for her to change the ring size as she had already ordered the original size so she had to come back a week later if she wanted to make any changes to her order. A week later we came back to ask if she could change the size and this particular member of staff was so rude and made my mum feel so bad. My mum is a 75 year old lady and she was spoken to with such disrespect. In the end we were served by another lady and were convinced to exchange the ring instead of the refund that we originally wanted. Will NEVER shop here again. Asma who served us was so lovely and respectful, unlike the other staff that were giving us dirty looks as we left the shop."
