I booked an appointment and visited the store I was looking for an engagement ring and wedding band but that was about all I knew the entire staff were great they gave me some excellent suggestions and their knowledge was second to none. After a lot of exploration on styles, materials and diamonds I found what I thought to be the perfect ring for my fiancée, I was able to pick the design and more importantly the main diamond, I was informed that the ring would take between 4-6 weeks to be completed and ready for collection, it was ready in 4 weeks which was extremely appreciated as I did purchase during the pandemic and turn around time was fast!
