"I called to find out about getting my car in to have the air con looked at. The lady who answered the phone was very abrupt and unhelpful. She couldn't wait to get me off the phone telling me I would have to wait at least 2 months to get into the workshop and just put the phone down on me.. She didn't even offer me a call back, the possibility of a cancellation or to book me in even if it would possibly be 2 months away! This is a great shame as the reviews for works completed were very good and this is what prompted me to call. I have since found another workshop who can do the work fo me, r albeit that I have to wait. My advice would be get your telephonist some customer service training as you have lost unnecessary business."

"Great air con service, best price I found for an air con service. It does take around an hour which I was told before booking, but it is a service not a re-gas top up and that’s why it is just a few pounds more than a re-gas, but WOW it was well worth it as my air con does not smell anymore and works perfectly, ice cold.
