"I had just bought a second hand car from a main dealers and was told that all of the car had been checked and the are no problems but they had to fit two new rear tyres because I had heard a noise from the back of they car when test driving the car. It turns out that the dealership had serviced the car from new and fitted new tyres before because of uneven wear on the rear of the vehicle so I decided to take it to Elite after a recommendation from a friend and the found that the tracking of the rear of the vehicle was set wrongly and the front was also out after they corrected adjustment the car drove so much better. My point being if a main dealership didn't spot the problem and Elite did then that must say that you need a specialist in that field to get things right! and Elite did that for me. So I'm very had with the outcome and I was kept informed of what they found before they went ahead with the work and the price it would cost."

"Perhaps a bit pricey on some things. Service is good value, especially compared to a main dealer. Booked in for a full service online and arrived to find their computers were down. Nonetheless they were able to start work almost immediately and also replaced the rear brake pads which also needed doing. All in all a 5 1/2 hour wait in their reception area which was freezing! With the computer system down it meant some inconvenience as only cash or a bank transfer was accepted. That said everything went ok and I was offered sincere apologies by the staff who also gave me a generous discount due to the long wait. In terms of cost I was generally happy though the reception area could really do with some heating! Free WiFi. TV and magazines. Clean toilet facilities. Friendly staff. Overall good value, but be prepared for a long wait sometimes."

"This used to be a really good place to get work done on your tyres with very good staff who did things very well but now appears to just be about appearances. After waiting 1 hour and having to chase only to tell me my tyre was not repairable and take my car back."
