"Seriously understaffed and what staff there were, were rude. Shutting at 4 on a Saturday because of lack of staff. 20min queue to collect a prescription for a feiend. Extremely badly run.... AVOID.!! I would advise going to Superdrug and the independent chemist in Yate instead !!! As for prescriptions ..don't bother getting them sent here.. send them to Shaunaks instead, they're so much friendlier...or get them delivered to your home instead (loads of online companies do it) ."

"Went to collect my repeat prescription. The queue for the pharmacy was out of the door. The service has got steadily worse. The are 5 or 6 people three, but only 1 or 2 actually attend to customers. If you have a prescription, my advice is take it somewhere else."
"I go to boots twice a week, great end of line sales. The only problem I have is the pharmacy. I collect medication twice a week,my prescriptions are sent days before i pick up.on the day my stuff is never ready,then I get staff lieing trying to cover there backs,it's a tad stupid"
