"I brought my Mercedes front headlights to be replaced via my insurance on 9th of December and received my car back by 23rd of December realising that the light has been fitted but not entirely fixed as they forgot to install an additional module. I have contacted the company and they have admitted the fault and reordered the module, got my car finally fixed by 10th of January 2020! The team was quite friendly, the only downside is the lead time was quite long and I didn’t have my car for the entire Christmas and NYE. Bob was quite helpful my MOT was expired and he offered to drop the car to nearest MOT centre for me after my second visit."
