"They took my money £78.00 and never fixed my oven. They are not responding to me demands for refund. It is a scam and I am going to take legal action"
"This firm is absolutely terrible, no professionality at all. They agreed an appointment time never turned up. I constantly had to chase them to find out what was happening. When speaking to the office they promised to call back with an update multiple times never did. Eventually got a txt 1 hour after the agreed appointment window to say they are not coming and to reschedule. Tried to call to reschedule and got no answer. Called multiple times today and still no answer. Considering the demand money upfront this service is terrible and their actions have caused me to believe that they are a bunch of scam artists who take your money and do not turn up. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM"
"Visited my address whilst i was working away and the engineer has removed components from my fridge freezer. and has tried to charge me £600 to fix my fridge after the parts have by removed and stole by engineer. Police will be getting involved for the theft"
"This company is an absolute scam, please STAY AWAY! They sent an engineer which charged me over £150 to repair my oven, in 2 mins he was out of the house with no oven fixed. A second appointment arranged and after I paid £327 they disconnected my oven and scratched all my wood floor! Also they DID NOT FIX my oven and do not want to give me a refund. DO NOT TRUST OR CALL THEM."
"Did not advise that cooker hood repair meant surrounding tiles might have to be removed: if they had advised of this risk we would not have proceeded. Engineer started the repair but then decided tiles needed to be removed to access a wire and refused to complete the work until that was done. We couldn't do that instantly, so the engineer left, leaving us with an appliance which doesn't work at all instead of one which worked intermittently. Repeated complaints went unanswered."
