"So we booked our Bella for a wash, grumpy girl who took her from us after wash said she will charge us £10 more next time because they needed two people to hold her down. Now ok booked her for a wash in other Groom room in Brislington, we've been told we need to pay £10 more because our dog that is a rescue dog who is still affraid of many things and especially water jumped of table. Do your job you grumpy sad lady and don't leave tags on poor dog who has seen some horror in her life and not threat people to charge more because poor animal is affraid of something. Will never use this company agaib and not recommend it to anyone else. Rethink your life choices if you don't like to work with animals."

"So we took our shui tzu puppy here a few times and the two there knew what my little girl wanted to do with her (take her to shows around the south west in the summer) shes a black one and a rare kc. After the very last cut there was a suspicious one there and we shrugged it off. 7-8 days later she felt a matting in her hair by her ear so my daughter washed her. The matt came away to reveal a third of her ear missing and quite sore in the middle, edges were starting to heal. We know this lady done it we have her guilty face on video when we pulled her on it. Besides other evidence they refused to accept or admit it had been done there. The head office has completely denied it as if we would cut our own dogs ear off. Small claims court is the only option to us as your beloved pet is classed as a product by law. By all means share this i have nothing to hide. Ive added a photo on my profile. I wouldnt go there or any groom room now. The manager was brilliant tho."
