"Lovely staff, friendly and professional, great groom, my dog smelled great after he’d been seen. He seemed reluctant to leave which said to me he had enjoyed himself! One small thing prevented it from being five stars, I would rather that the tennis balls weren’t dog height at the till, I ended up paying for the groom and a pack of tennis balls as my dog had grabbed some, he’s a puppy and it was too much temptation. It’s like sweets at the supermarket checkout, it would be helpful to move them please!"
