"If this company call to resolve an accident that was not your fault do not accept them. Tell you insurers no. They are cowboys. They will extort money out of the incident and land you with the bill personally and a court case. "Almost 3 weeks waiting for them to update me on my claim to be told as its been over 2 weeks, I am no longer entitled to a courtesy car and they cannot proceed with my claim (even though it's their fault!?) My claim was passed around to people who we're out of office, they never followed up, didn't contact to update me either. Truly disgusted/appalled/extremely upset with the service. Due to your negligence and lack of care, you are severely affecting my mental health and causing great emotional distress. Currently seeking legal advice and will be taking you to court. Please also listen to the calls that you record for training and monitoring purposes, Jessica was everything but helpful with her rude, snappy, arrogant, unapproachable attitude, it made me feel worse. I went quiet to hold back the tears. The accident was not even my fault, the other lady admitted she was liable. I am so upset with this whole situation, I could cry. Thank you for the stress, neglect and poor customer service. As soon as I am able to, I will no longer be your "customer" even though you haven't treated me like one."
