Dons response to our initial contact was prompt and he was clear about when he was next available, which thankfully wasn’t too long (a couple of weeks at that time). On top of this positive first impression, Don asked us to email over a list of jobs that needed doing (in order that he could ensure he brought the right tools and equipment on the day) - another promising sign of someone who is well organised! When we met Don we were delighted with his positive, can-do attitude and high standard of his workmanship. He is very professional, reliable, flexible, trustworthy, knowledgeable hard working and efficient (getting tasks done in the blink of an eye which would have taken us hours, several trips to the hardware shop and a lot of stress).
