"Very disappointed with the service I received from GWB. Despite the initial gushy "we're here to give you a high quality, personalised service" spiel, subsequent contact was absolutely minimal. Emails I wrote to them either were not answered or were answered many days later (6 weeks later on one occasion). It turned out the only platform they use is Aegon who, apart from their other fees, charged 0.34% to access my account which allowed no financial breakdown whatsoever of my investments - simply what they're worth today and what they were worth exactly 6 months ago. When I asked them if they could work with any other platform they spat their dummies out and "orphaned" my accounts at Aegon forcing me to pay all the up front charges with a new adviser. Thanks Geoff and Natasha - wish we had never met!"
