"Took my dog to these guys, hoping that they are professionals and can clip my dog's nails - but not only they made her bleed (which is showing how unprofessional they are) but they haven't touched black nails at all and clipped only ends on her white nails. If you love your dog - AVOID them at all costs, for sure will never use them again"

"This was our dog's first visit to Diamond Dogs and we will definitely be back! From the moment we arrived everything was so professional and we were instantly put at ease. Jackie and Jo were very thorough when completing our dog's cards, checking with us regarding any allergies, our vet's details and asking if there was anything else they needed to be aware of. Plus, Sophie and Bella (our dogs) went to them instantly (they're very good judges of character). Sophie and Bella loved it, and looked even more beautiful when we collected them - plus they smelt amazing!!! I loved the little pink bows they were given for being good girls. "Read good reviews on this groomer close to my home so thought I’d give them a go. Explained all Harry’s needs and what he likes dislikes. Mature Lady there rang me within half hour , snd after dropping him off saying my dog was going frantic. Thought being a nice mature lady will give him lots of affection but obviously couldn’t handle my dog. I know it’s a new place but they should be able to handle dogs he’s a very nervous dog , and previous groomer I did not like the way she cut him. I know but not really impressed with the surroundings inside and smelt very Smokey inside. So will not be going back there as I’m sorry to say I think she was unprofessional in handling dogs within this business. You did not state when I was in the shop to stay or the person whom I spoke to when I made a booking to suggest staying with him for his first cut, but this was not mentioned at all!"
